Product designed to absorb pesticide residues in must and wine. Absorbe MV cleanses the must or wine of pesticide residues, optimizes the fermentation kinetics, reduces the latency stage and draws out the aromatic properties of the yeasts. Composition: carbon, yeast cell walls, bentonite clay and yeast protein extract. Main application: absorb pesticide residues which could compromise the alcoholic fermentation process. Dosage: • 10–200 g/hL.
