Manufactured in carbon steel the blade has a three-sided cutting edge, tempered teeth and then finished with a hard chrome plating laced with Xylan 1010 particles to provide long lasting durability and a superior cut.  The handle is ergonomically designed and made of a composite material that fits comfortably in the hand.
