Made from carefully selected, genuine lees, Elevage White makes it possible to quickly enhance the perception of roundness and fullness in white wines. This product is particularly useful when the quality of the fresh lees is low, or when the lees are a source of contamination or sulphurous odours. Elevage White provides an essential contribution to the long-term stabilization of flavours and aromas thanks to the interaction between its polysaccharides and the wine’s innate aromas. Composition: deactivated yeasts. Main application: stabilize flavours and aromas when aging white wines. Dosage: • 10–20 g/hL.
